Harbourside II is located on the Neuse River in historic New Bern, North Carolina. Each condominium boasts a large bedroom, furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a porch which overlooks the marina. There are stairs to the entrance. On-site amenities include an 18-hole golf course, tennis court, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, weight room, game room, basketball, volleyball, miniature golf course, and bicycle rentals. The marina has boat slips which can accommodate vessels of up to 60 feet (18 meters) in length.
